We are happy to answer any questions, problems or queries relating to our Terms and Conditions and you can contact us by telephone or email 7 days a week during regular business hours. By placing an order with us it is taken that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions in full.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please telephone or email us immediately. The email you receive is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. A Dispatch Note and/or Invoice will be included with your order.
By placing an order with Kingswood Caravans you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. If your order is cancelled by either party or ultimately rejected for any reason, a full refund will be made using our secure online payment processing system. For the purposes of this agreement the dispatch of your order constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law. To register a complaint, please send an email in the first instance outlining details of your grievance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass your email address to other trusted traders. This will include situations involving a third party other than our contracted delivery partner. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address.
We will never collect sensitive information and information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser, (if you use remember me option on the checkout page). You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Prices and Payment
The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the Website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given an option on something else or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
We accept PayPal and most major credit/debit cards via PayPal. Exchange rates around the world do vary regularly so payments made must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Should it be required to claim VAT back this should be done via the appropriate country of origin.
Shipping and Delivery
Kingswood Caravans have negotiated low rate UK Mainland courier costs to ensure our customers receive the best possible delivery service. All orders are collected from us by courier daily Monday to Friday and to ensure prompt dispatch of large orders or products they are usually dispatched on either 24 or 48 hour delivery services where as smaller products are dispatched on 3-5 day delivery services. Delivery times are estimated for UK Mainland orders but these services are not usually guaranteed for delivery on a certain day due to fluctuations in the couriers order volumes. The Highlands and various other locations should allow extra delivery time due to their remote location. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Any damages must be notified within 24 hours.
Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (see point 4 of our Returns Policy below). Any postage cost to return unrequired items will be incurred by the consumer.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods for a replacement or refund. After 30 days they will be eligible for repair or replacement only. In either case an inspection may be required. Any postage cost to return faulty goods will initially be incurred by the consumer but will be refunded once the returned item(s) have been inspected and deemed faulty.

- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
In order for us to process your return promptly, please provide as much information as possible.
The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller’s control. While every effort will be made to meet consumers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Significantly Adverse Weather, or other causes beyond the control of Kingswood Caravans.
